Labyrinth offers Holistic/Swedish based Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. As a practitioner I have been practising massage and various bodywork techniques for 35 years and I’m therefore very experienced. I also use Rolfing a method that manipulates the fascia (connective tissue) to realign posture, improve range of mobility and movement.

I combine massage with acupuncture, cupping and/or craniosacral therapy depending on the specific health needs of the patient. It is generally offered to the patient throughout their treatment to improve the circulation, move the blood and stagnated ‘qi’ (energy) in areas of pain and decreased mobility etc.

Note: Massage is used as an ‘add-on’ treatment to enhance and further increase the effectiveness of the overall treatment for the patient. Massage is an extra £10 on top of the generalised fee of £55.
